Validity
Gift vouchers are valid for 24 months from the date of purchase. Expired vouchers cannot be accepted.
Where You Can Use Them
Vouchers can be redeemed for eligible theatre or cinema tickets, memberships, merchandise, and other items sold directly by The Mowlem. Not for use in The Showbar
How to Redeem
Redeem via the box office. Please provide the voucher at the time of booking.
No Cash Alternative
Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. No change will be given.
Lost or Stolen Vouchers
Vouchers that are lost or stolen are non-refundable at the box office.
Performance Cancellations
If The Mowlem cancels a booked performance, the voucher value used will be reissued as credit or a replacement voucher.
Misuse
Fraudulent or tampered vouchers will be refused.

Can I use my voucher online?
No. Vouchers can only be redeemed at the box office.
What if my tickets cost more than my voucher value?
You can pay the difference using any accepted payment method.
Do I get change if my purchase is less than the voucher value?
No. We are not able to offer change if your purchase is less than the amount on the voucher.
Can I use vouchers for all performances?
Most performances are eligible, but some special events or externally-promoted shows may be excluded.
What happens if a show is cancelled?
If a performance booked with a voucher is cancelled by The Mowlem, your voucher or credit will be reissued.
