And Sing!				\n				\n				\n				\n									A fun and friendly feel-good vocal workshop\, singing for wellbeing. Step onto the Mowlem stage and discover the power of your voice. Join choir leader Rebecca Field-Bunney for a relaxed\, uplifting one-hour workshop exploring how singing can support wellbeing\, calm your mind\, energise your body and lift your mood.  Through group singing\, breathing exercises\, brain training games and posture techniques\, you’ll learn how to centre yourself\, release tension\, and experience the joy of making sound together.  No singing experience is needed\, and you don’t need to be able to read music – just bring your voice and a willingness to have a go. Singing in a group has been shown to boost mood\, improve wellbeing\, and create a powerful sense of connection. This friendly session is a chance to pause\, raise your voice\, and release those feel-good endorphins\, all on the fabulous stage at The Mowlem.
