Off The Kerb’s shows are renowned for their superb lineups, showcasing exciting up-and-coming talent along with established names on the UK comedy circuit. Our aim is to bring the next generation of hilarious talent to venues – we love the buzz of when audiences come away from a gig with a new favourite comic that they didn’t know before a show. The format is simple: you, your friends and the company of three hilarious comics from the UK circuit. The perfect recipe for a top night out!

Irish Comedian Fred Cooke has been delivering a unique brand of comedy through his musical prowess and wild crafted physical story telling since 2011.

Currently appearing as the affable MC on The Tommy Tiernan Show – Ireland’s number one talkshow which airs every Saturday night – Fred is a consistent contributor on both RTE (The Today Show with Maura and Daithí) and Virgin Media (Ireland AM, The Six O’Clock Show). In 2019 he cha-cha-changed up the pace with his much-acclaimed stint on Dancing With The Stars, and most recently appeared in the hugely popular 2023 series Réaltaí na Gaeltachta.

A well-known face on the Irish comedic circuit, Fred has supported comedy heavy-hitters such as Tommy Tiernan, Ardal O’Hanlon, Dermot and Dave and Seann Walsh. He is a regular at the UK and Ireland’s top comedy clubs (The Stand, The Comedy Store, The Empire, The Laughter Lounge – Dublin) and a familiar face on both the Irish and UK festival scene, having sold out previous Edinburgh runs.

Jonathan Elston has been a permanent fixture of the UK comedy circuit since beginning stand up at the age of 19. His adaptability either as a quick witted MC or delivering a set of packed fully relatable punchlines means he is at home performing in a wide range of venues from Art centres and Parent Teacher Associations to Military bases.

He was the youngest ever headliner of the prestigious Big Value Showcase and MC of AAA at the Edinburgh Festival. His likability and sharp writing means he is sought after act at many of the UK’s major clubs, alongside multiple shows in New Zealand, Norway and Spain.

Luke Honnoraty’s comedy career began with a bang when he won Southwest New Act of the Year in 2010 – on his 3rd ever gig! The North Devon Stand Up is a confident, engaging performer whose skilled story telling is sure to captivate any crowd and which has ensured he continues to be the main stage MC for Oceanfest and the MC for the comedy stage at Boardmasters Festival.

Luke’s observational comedy which focuses on parenting and relationships, is always delivered with a cheeky but charismatic style, and made him Katherine Ryan’s choice of tour support for her UK tour. He then went on to support Joel Dommet’s tour in 2017 and and Lloyd Griffith on this UK tour 2017, 2018 and 2019.

A truly natural and gifted comedian and Presenter of the Comedy Special for BBC Radio Devon, Luke makes you feel most comfortable talking about the most uncomfortable subjects; the way in which he communicates such topics whilst making you fall further in love with his boyish charm is all part of the Honnoraty experience.
