She studied Jazz Vocals (BMUS Hons) at Trinity College of Music\, Greenwich\, training with leading figures including Anton Browne\, Anita Wardell\, Mark Lockheart and Phil Peskett. An active presence on the UK jazz and swing scenes\, she performs regularly at venues such as Ronnie Scott’s\, The 606 Club and The Vortex\, leading her band King Candy and The Sugar Push and smaller ensembles. Kate is a founding member of chart-topping trio The Puppini Sisters\, touring worldwide and earning a Gold Disc. Phil Doyle – pianoPhil is an extremely accomplished musician and one of the most sought after jazz pianists in the South. He has performed alongside many American touring musicians such as Scott Hamilton\, Bobby Shew and Pee Wee Ellis\, as well as some of the top UK artists such as Alan Barnes\, Mark Nightingale and Tina May. He is a long-standing member of the Joe Loss Orchestra and the Sound of Blue Note band and also leads his own trio.
