Help Us Raise the Roof!

Update from Kate McGregor, our Executive Director:

We’re absolutely delighted by the incredible support we’ve received for our Raise the Roof crowdfunder here at the Mowlem – thank you so much!

To everyone who has donated, shared the campaign, or left kind words of encouragement: your support has been truly inspiring.

When we set our target at £10,000, we expected it would be a big challenge and take the full 6 weeks to reach. We never imagined we’d hit our goal with weeks still to go.

As mentioned in our campaign video, the full cost of repairing the roof exceeds our target amount. The original £10,000 crowdfunder was intended as part of a wider fundraising effort, but thanks to your generosity, we’re now able to aim even higher.

We’ve now lifted our crowdfunder target to £15,000. This will give those who still want to contribute the chance to do so, and to help us get even closer to fixing our roof. We’ll continue to pursue additional fundraising methods to close the remaining gap.

Please keep spreading the word – we still have lots of lovely rewards to give out! And thank you once again for making this such an extraordinary time for the Mowlem.
