Swing Easy Too
No upcoming performances are currently listed. Spektrix has this event as: 26 September-26 September
Relaxed afternoon jazz in the Showbar with Swanage’s favourite jazz quartet. Music from 2 – 3.30pm.
“We wanted a name that would reflect our kind of music – relaxed, swinging, with a jazz feel; we think ‘SWING EASY’ sums it up perfectly. Our set list focuses on jazz standards from The Great American Songbook including covers of songs by Nat King Cole, Frank Sinatra, Ella Fitzgerald and Doris Day to name but a few. Latin styles and ballads are also regularly featured as well as numbers by UK and European artists.”
Free Entry, with a bucket collection at the bar to raise money in support of local charities and community causes. You are welcome to come along without entering your details below. If you register for a ‘free’ ticket you will be charged a £1 booking fee which contributes directly to the running of The Mowlem – it also helps us to know who our audience is which is helpful when applying for grants as funders like to know that we are reaching a diverse range of people. It also means that we can let you know about similar events you might enjoy.
